My goal in therapy is provide a comfortable environment for clients to feel empowered to explore. It is important that clients feel safe to unpack past experiences, name goals and dreams in life, learn frameworks to better understand themselves and the world, and experiment with changes in actions in their lives. Through collaboration between the clients’ self-knowledge and my training and experience, we are able to tailor our work to best fit their lives and goals.
My training in different community health systems throughout the Greater Boston Area has lead me to serve communities with diverse and complex needs. This experience has fostered my eclectic therapeutic approach and knowledge. I received my MSW with a focus in clinical mental health from Boston College and my bachelor’s in psychology from Boston University.
I have always wanted to help people who feel stuck in their behaviors, trapped in their minds, unable to discern their past experiences from where they are now and where they want to be. It has been an honor to support my clients through this journey and to celebrate their accomplishments along the way.
Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, going for long walks, eating takeout, and being by the ocean.
