Approach
In therapy, I balance introducing practical changes alongside healing our relationship with ourselves. Clients can expect me to offer different perspectives, share research and theoretical frameworks, and encourage experimenting with changes in and out of session. Through healing their relationship with themselves, they are able to feel more aligned and confident to make choices that allow them to live more authentically.
My work is centered on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) but enjoy an eclectic approach, and will use other modalities that I have been trained in when appropriate.
I strive to make the environment comfortable through a warm, relaxed, and relational presence. I walk alongside my clients and encourage self-determination as we navigate through their journey.
I work with teens (13+) and adults with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, chronic pain and/or illness, self esteem and identity, and relationship concerns.
Services are provided via telehealth for folks in Massachusetts.
